VIDEO INFORMATION PAGE

Basic Information

Your video can be anything from a one shot live video to a multi shot full production video. You should also send a bio / press kit that includes;

1. Band members names and instruments played.

2. Bands hometown.

3. Any other information about the band that can be passed along to viewers.If possible include a photo of the band (signed by all members if possible). Several bands have included a CD in their kit. This allows us to get a better feel for the overall type of musical style the band plays. I can then pass that information to viewers.

4. Please include an e-mail address for contacting you in case there are any questions. If you have a web site, include that address too.

All videos aired will list the performers name, song title. Also, credit will be given to the artist that provided the video.

NOTE: Please do not put credits (Band, Song Title, etc.) on the actual portion of the video that will be aired. We will add this to fit our format. You can (and should) put a slate with all of that type of information on the tape PRIOR to the beginning of the video.

All videos submitted that fit our format and meet the restrictions of Time Warner Cable Public Access restrictions, will be aired.

Guide Lines

1. Your video must be recorded on a VHS tape/VCD/DVD Format and recorded or copied at the "SP" speed for VHS Tapes. This is very important in order to maintain quality.

2. The copy you submit to UnSigned AllStars should not be more than second generation. Again, this is very important in order to maintain quality.

3. The sound quality must be clear.

4. Your music can be "Any Style of Music",

5. Your video can not contain any nudity, violence, or vulgar language.

6. Your video can not be any type of advertisement for a business or political campaign.

7. All videos submitted will be previewed prior to any cablecast.

8. All videos submitted will become the property of 218 Entertainment/UnSigned AllStars/Anessa's Corner. All copyrights will remain with the performer.

9. Your video must be clearly labeled with; Artist, Song Title, and Approximate Running Time.

All Artists retain the rights to their music and video. This gives 218 Entertainment / UnSigned Allstars the right to use it as we see fit.

NOTE: We receive videos all the time from unsigned bands so there is always a backlog. This means it may take up to one months before your video gets aired. It should not be any longer than that. Once we have 10 to 15 videos from unsigned bands, we put together an all unsigned bands episode and CD of "UnSigned AllStars". Keep those videos coming! As long as they fit our format, They WILL get aired!
